shannoneseckler @yuyul waist is 15.5 in & hip is 18.5 in. I updated photos so that you can see. The skirt is broomstick with elastic waistband so that part is very stretchy. I’m a 10-12 and this dress fits me everywhere except bust. That is why I listed it as more medium than large.

shannoneseckler @paver2955 Unfortunately the bust area is not forgiving. The skirt has an elastic waistband so can stretch significantly. The top portion has zero stretch.
