new with tags J. W. Anderson "Tool" crew neck sweater in navy. The sweater has a raised textured tool design on the front. It is a size XL and measures laying flat 26.5" from top of shoulder to hem in length and just under 21" across the chest laying flat. It appears to have a smaller cut take that into consideration.
