NWT JOE BENBASSET long maxi skirt with boho like designs in blue and white

It’s a polyester/spandex blend (so it’s got some stretch) long maxi skirt by Joe Benbasset with beautiful blue and white designs, and slits up the sides. It also has a folded waist band. It easily fits a small as well as a medium with the stretch. In great condition and never worn. It is New with Tags. Originally bought from Kohl’s.
