NWT J.Crew Orange and Floral Dress Size 4

NWT and perfect for summer! J.Crew Factory floral summer dress in a pretty orange and pink pattern. Scoop neck, 3/4 sleeves, side zipper and elastic at waist for some give. 100% cotton and machine washable. Waist measures 13.25” when flat and when elastic has no stretch. I’d say this is a true size 4.
