portillomi @prettyblush i noticed the sweatshirt has a stain on each sleeve. It’s a kind of blue stain from some liquid got on it. Please let me know what was it so I can try to take it off. Very disappointed 😔

cherry_blush @portillomi there were no stains, and I took pictures of the item as shown and inspect all my items. I don’t know if something happened during shipping, or if something at your home “stained” it. Considering you already rated me negatively without reaching out first, there’s nothing I can do to help.

portillomi @prettyblush I think the color from the type paper you used for shipping got transferred to the sweater. I would recommend to use a plastic bag to cover instead of paper.
