Brand new with tag attached, J.Crew tiered and pleated tulle skirt I have the skirt in Medium, XL and 3X. Velvet stretch waist band, the skirt is done in a tiered row upon row of knife pleated tulle. Black skirt is fully lined. 3X waist unstretched is 22.5” length is 33.5” XL waist unstretched is 17.5” and length is 33”. and medium waist unstretched is 15” length is 33”. Please note that all measurements are taken by hand and are approximate.
