Brand new from J. Crew, heart charm locket with several different charms. Originally it came with 5 charms, including a locket which opens, I added an additional 4 charms, including a dog paw, dog bone, heart with crystals and a key. All charms are removable, add or remove or simply rearrange, it’s all up to you! Design your own bracelet with this mix of five charms featuring tortoise shells, crystals and more sweet motifs. P.S.
