This NWT J. Crew (Factory) Seersucker Ruffleneck Mini Dress is made of 100% cotton. It is a lightweight dress in a turquoise/mint green color (depending on lighting) with 3/4 peasant/balloon sleeves and a peplum hem. It has pockets, a side zip, and an elastic, scoop/ruffle neckline with fabric adhesive on the shoulders to help hold in place (photo #9). This pretty mini dress is new with tags and a size 14. -Hits above knee; according to JCF, it measures 37 3/4 inch from high point of shoulder (based on a size 6) -100% Cotton -Color: Variscite Radiant Aqua -NWT *I have this dress in a khaki colored gingham print (size 14) available in my closet as well.
