NWT J. Crew Ruffle-trim V-neck popover in clip dot

Two blouses available! One is a classic black and one is a gorgeous light blue (color is "classic sky") blouse from J. Crew. Great to wear to work, out to a dinner date, or dressed down in the day time! Really versatile. These are both brand new with tags. Just never found the time to wear them and have some similar styles in my closet so I am selling so someone else can enjoy :)
