NWT Iridescent Blue Sparkly Maxi Prom Dress

Brand new, just put on for pictures. I did take the bra pads out and stitched it back up on the inside, as pictured. It is also missing some sparkles on the lace up back, also as pictured, but it is not visible while wearing. Juniors size 3 so I think would be best for XS/S!
