This dress is beautiful for your infant/baby. There is stretch in the waist band. The color is cream/beige. It can be worn for any occasion. This has never been worn however it was a floor model so there may or may not be slight imperfections. It’s a tie neck closure. Item May need pressing upon receipt due to storage and shipping.
