NWT IZ Byer Red/Blk Marled Lurex Knit Top Size XS. Never worn. Not sure If you'd consider it off the shoulder, shrug, or cowl. Its just a beautiful top. I just really need to clear out my closet to fit all the clothes I keep buying 😩 😫 🤭🤭 Top is in brand new condition. It's a bit darker of a red then the pictures.
