kameohill You know, you can make a counter offer. I always offer half the first go round. About 60 percent of the time, my offer is accepted. It's not an insult, I just try to get the most I can on a tight budget.

jpcarpenter @kameohill 60% of the time it works every time? This would be the other 40%. My apologies , but a 50% lower offer on an item that is already marked down 40% is not serious. You said it yourself you’re on a tight budget. I didn’t counter for the simple reason it was not a serious offer.
