New with tags dressed by INC verylightweight. Beautiful vibrant colors perfect for summer! Size small From the top of the shoulder to the top of the waistband, it is 13 inches. Armpit to armpit is about 14 inches. And from the waistband to the bottom of the skirt is about 44 to 45 inches. There is stretch to it, it is 94% polyester and 6% spandex. There is a button closure in the back as you see in the pictures. D34
