NWT Hurley khaki stretch joggers with an elastic cuff. Boys size 7.

These khaki joggers are made of stretch fabric, have an elastic cuff, and are a tapered fit from the hip to the ankle. The material has a slight sheen to it. These were purchased for my nephew but he had already outgrown them. The flat lay waist measurement of the 7/8 size is ~11” and the inseam is ~21”.
