NWT Humane Society polka dot dog rain coat. Purchased for my pup, but it’s too small. Tried to return to Home Goods but they could no longer find it in their system. It is a size small. Similar items on TJ Max website say size small will fit 11-13.” Comes from smoke free home.

can I ask what you dogs breed is? I have a 7lbs min pin., not sure if xs or s is the way to go

@martinibre My pup was about 20-25 pounds when I bought this and it was way too small for her. The medium was a better fit. I think it might be too large for a 7lb pup though. I can take some measurements and get back to you if that would help!
