NWT House of Harlow Marble Rust Paisley Top with Flutter Sleeves

House of Harlow 1960 Marble Rust top in rusty red-orange and blue paisley print, smocking at the top, ruffle collar, and flutter capped sleeves. Lightweight and flowy boho look. Front buttons, allowing some adjustability of neckline and deepness. New with tags, no flaws, but tag size discrepancy (read below). Tag says size Large but store tag attached lists Medium. I think it runs small and fits more like a size Medium (Dress Form is a size 6-8 for reference).
