Old Navy high-waisted pixie skinny pants, size 12 regular and new with tags. The color is called "raisin" and is a maroon / burgundy color. They have great stretch and "secret smooth" pockets so the pocket outlines don't show. Unfortunately I missed the return window and they don't quite fit me.
