NWT High Low Dress Blue Small

NWT DO+BE Asymmetrical High Low Dress in the color Bright Blue Small. It is shown in the stock photo to be a strapless dress but as seen in the dressing room photo when I tried the dress on, I used the hanger strap as my straps because I have a smaller chest which makes it hard for strapless dresses to stay up & it worked great for me while trying it on :)
