NWT Hem & Thread spring/summer top

Navy (but true not dark navy) background, elasticized neckline, 3/4 length butterfly type sleeve with “ruffle” seam 17” neck to hem, this is not long cut and will fall at different lengths based upon shoulder placement...this meant to be worn off the shoulder top is fun with a classic print but still boho cute vibe! 100% rayon Removing from inventory if not sold soon.
