Is this a winter jacket, good in minus temperature days?

@grzeitler My opinion is that this is only a winter jacket if you live in the warmer parts of the USA (I’m thinking Southern CA, Southern FL, etc.). The front and back are insulated and quilted but the sleeves are just like a windbreaker/rain jacket composition. I feel this jacket would be good for layering over a hoodie or sweater in the localities that get a “real winter” but you would not want to put this on over a t-shirt to feel warm in the snow.
