NWT Hasting & Smith White Culotte

This is an amazing find! Brand new white skirt with built-in shorts underneath. There are also pockets on the sides and a drawstring elastic waist. It is new with tags! Please note the only flaw is some of the stitching came undone with the shorts but you will not notice since it is under the skirt... see the close-up picture for more details.
