NWT Hanes Size Medium Black Blackout Tights Control Top Comfort Waistband New with tags from the brand Hanes. These are a size medium in the color black. The packaging has them labeled as blackout tights. It says they have a control top and comfort waistband. The front does show the labeling X-Temp more than cool. The back of the packaging says that a medium should fit someone between 5'3"-6'0" and 120-165 pounds.  I can not provide measurements because they are new in the package.
