NWT Halter Tie Dress with Open Back

NWT Vibrant halter maxi dress with hand placed rhinestones. One size - can be fully adjusted at the top halter and in the back with the two ties. Silky, flowy and lightweight. I’m 5’3 to show the length & will fit taller women well too as I have to wear heeled sandals (as pictured). Fits sizes 4-10 based on adjustable ties. Bought for a Hawaiian vacation that is no longer happening.
