NWT Halter Pleated Red Cocktail Dress

NWT A.B.S. by Allen Schwartz Halter Pleated dress never worn outside of trying it on once. The dress is labeled size 6 color red color. The dress is in perfect condition. It is a size 6 but it does tend to run a tad small. It fits me well and I'm 5'3", have a 28.5 in waist. It comes up a little too high on my bust and it can't be adjusted because the halter is a clasp (pictured). My cup size is 36b and I'm 33.5 in around my bust area, so if you're similar to me in that aspect, don't buy it:)
