@shoppin_time The length for a medium skirt is 39.5 inches. I usually wear a medium, if the fabric is stretchy, if it is not stretchy, I wear large. You can't use my measurement to determine yours thou. I am 5'3, with 45 inch hips. A medium will definitely fit you. The model is wearing a small. The fabric is stretchy.
