NWT H&M puff sleeve tiered midi dress orange and pink floral print size small. This dress is so cute (think Daughters of India but with a spin and dare I say it-even cuter!) and perfect for summer! The most darling floral print and perfect silhouette makes it a summer dress dream! Very flowy and meant to be slightly oversized this dress will help you stay cool and cute! The sleeves pull up and stay so it’s puff sleeve and not long sleeve and a belt can be added although it looks cute with or without a belt. Pit to pit measures approximately 23 and shoulder to bottom hem is about 49. 100% cotton! This is a size small but I’d say it’s more like a medium. I wear a medium in most dresses and this fits me great. I’m 5’9” for reference.
