NWT H&M Blue Tropical Split Skirt (XL)

Beautiful indigo tropical skirt with split detail in the front - it simulates a wrap dress/skirt but it sewn into the hemline. The waist is cinched for comfort and stretchability. I'm 5'7" and it hits my shins.
