NWT GYMBOREE 3T Tutu Skirt Silver tulle layers over light gray 3 layers of tulle ruffles individually stitched to skirt. Each layers has two pieces of tulle fully lined Inside skirt is polyester Waistband elastic wrapped in fabric Color of skirt is light gray. I could not get the color right with my camera but found an original picture from Gymboree
