NWT Gold and black striped long sleeve dress with belt

Never worn! NWT long sleeved striped dress with fabric belt in same fabric. Fabric is very lightweight. Dress is loose-fitting, but quite short, so it might be worn as a top as well over tights/leggings or paired with over the knee boots for a retro mod vibe.
