@meechyandmook James, may I ask u, what do u mean by fraudulent returns? The only thing I can think of is ppl who purchase shoes from u & ur wife & return them w unauthentic shoes but the same style? That is pitiful! I clearly do not possess any items as luxurious & expensive as urs in my closet, thatās why Iām guessing Iāve never had the issue ur speaking of. @ginabono I mean I get my shoes from the actual Saks warehouse. Thatās their way of stopping returns . Iām sorry not to us . We allow returns . Their discounted there and people use to return to the Flagship stores and get full price for them or merchandise credit . Canāt lie I was doing too š
