NWT Gianni Bini Dress

New with tags Gianni Bini short dress in color “Blossom.” Size XS. Has loose straps that drape over the upper arm (see pic) and ties around waist. Also has two clamps at waist so you can have a tighter or looser fit there for preference, but one of the clamps does have a string that at some point will need to be re-sewn (see pic). It is still attached, but is a little loose.
