NWT Gap Cream Sweater Henley

Brand new, never worn Gap short sleeve lightweight sweater henley in cream. OMG, the softest! Tagged as an XL Tall but doesn’t seem tall to me — 24” from edge of collar/neckline at shoulder seam to hem. Smudge at the bottom front, right above the ribbed hem (see picture 3). NWT so I have obviously not washed it but seems like it would come out. Reasonable offers are welcome!
