Shorts underneath are fully lined wrap that is attached to the shorts. That’s like a long skirt is sheer. The top is from Lulu’s. It is in a separate listing and it is a X small as well. Waist measurement 28 inches with hardly no stretch at all to this fabric Length from the waistband down the front to the longest point of the skirt is about 40 1/2 inches approximately Length from the waistband down to the hem of the shorts 12 1/2 inches. The inseam of the shorts is about 2 inches approximately.
