annalisecass small in guess but do have one bandage dress by Guess that’s a small and while it fits, I feel a medium would still be form fitting.. bandage dresses tend to run smaller in my opinion. For reference, I am 5 3 and 121- 122 lbs. I am a 34 b and a half breast lol, as I am just below a c, and my hips are pretty wide. . The only place I worry where it would be big is if the straps would be too long , but my tailor could probably shorten the straps if needed.
