NWT Free people tube style button up mini/tunic

Absolute showstopper. Slits on both sides & pockets can be worn as a mini dress or a tunic with pants underneath. Tube style top has sweetheart neckline buttons all the way up the front with empire waist and ties that can come around the front or around the back. Simply stunning will come with the original tags but ripped off when trying on. Never been worn.
