NWT Free Press V neck tank with cut out back XS-S

This cute high-low tank top is so soft and adorable. It is not lined, so you may want a bandeau under this. It’s 50% polyester, 46% rayon, and 4% spandex. The size is marked XS, but it has stretch to it and a looser cut. I would be ok recommending this to a size small or medium. Measures. 17-20 stretched. The back is super cute! And it’s a margarita yellow/green!
