NWT Free People two faces cream smocked mini dress size medium

Reposhing this item I purchased from @gstyleonadime. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Took the tag off then tried on the dress and realized it doesn’t fit! This is brand new with tag and extra button (removed but will send with dress). I will be purchasing again in a different size because I LOVE this cute dress.
