NWT Free People Tie Neck Plunge Dress - Green - Sz 4

Impossibly sexy yet demure tie neck dress from Free People. slight puff sleeve, fitted waist, and an easy flared skirt. Beautiful emerald color (or Green Comb, as FP calls it) with burnt orange flecks. Obsessed with this dress but it's a little tight in my arms (I'm usually a 6/8). New with tags Size 4 (but I'd say there's a little wiggle room up) Have a question, let me know! Reasonable offers always considered 🙂
