angieb913 @tcandelot I added Free People's size chart. This is one I wish you could try on! Sounds like you could wear this small since you can wear a 4. But look at the Pit to Pit Measurements in the description, as I wouldn't want it to be too big there for you.

angieb913 @jane30s The Bust does have stretch due to the smocking in Back. The waist measures 14" across Laying Flat, but no stretch. Hope this helps!
