This top is wonderfully delicate and full of detail. It is brand new and never worn. Includes attached tag and replacement buttons. Buttons at back of neck and includes an open back - goes down 12” from top of neck. The sleeves are embroidered near the wrist and include gold sequins. Wrist is stretchy with elastic. Measured flat - shoulders seam to seam is 17” across. Sleeve length is 23”. Measurement from neck to bottom is 28”. Hand wash.
