supernovakay @mjh93 haha tough question. I think it depends on size, shape, overall fit. It’s a bodysuit so do not think you are getting the most support out here. But the straps are adjustable and it has that band underneath the chest that helps. Still wearing a bra under it is perfectly plausible if you want support!
