leather_sequins Is this oversized for a size small? And have an elastic waistband?

tiffurnys @leather_sequins Yes, it has an elastic waist band doesnt seem tight and constraining as most are and Its a bit oversized, only to compensate for the V neck exaggeration! I looove it but want a larger size for a drastic shoulder hang. I cant return it as I live outta state from where I purchased it. Ugh!!!

tiffurnys @kaylalaska Yes, will do as soon as I get to the shop. The top is "Brand New Never Worn". I just dont like where it sits on my body (I have a large scar) Therefore wanting another size to counter act. Will be in touch!
