New with Tags! This is a black shift dress from Francesca’s Collections. It is spaghetti strap but the dress includes a white crop top underneath. This white top is knitted to the dress. It's super comfortable and is perfect for summer! 95% Rayon , 5% spandex. Dress is super stretchy. Model was wearing XS in the pictures. She is 110 lbs and 5' 1". Size M is 34 inches long
