NWT Forever 21 striped midi dress

NWT Forever 21 trapeze-style midi dress in striped black, blue and white. Very stretchy. Round neckline and back; pullover with one inch shoulder straps. Waist is emphasized by a black band. Very cute!!! An all season dress; could be worn under a jacket or cardigan in cooler temps.It is a size XS but fits my mannequin which is a size S. Pit to pit unstretched is 10; length 40in
