NWT Forever 21 Mini Sequin dress

NWT. Forever 21 dress. Sequins all over. Very mini. Low back. Bought it for a new years party dress but I never end up going to a party that would need this much sequins! But it is very fun and the vertical sequins are very flattering. Size Large but it is fitted.
