NWT Floral v-neck dress with tie straps

NWT!! Cutesy summer dress!! V neckline, V shaped back too and ruffle bottom. This is from pink lily boutique, brand is “e. ssue” and I’ve never worn it because it’s too small. I would say this fits more like a XS, even though it’s a small. all my clothes are size small and this won’t zip on me
