NWT Floral tie girls dress

Omg the cutest dress ever! Has a lavender color floral print, a tie around right under the bust area, Flowy A line cut Top to bottom: 32in Bust across: 15.5in Has tag still “2 piece set” but I only have the dress. I’m not even sure what it’s suppose to be paired with.
