NWT Fit & Flare Dress from Harajuku, Tokyo

I live in Tokyo and recently purchased this dress in Harajuku. It’s 100% unique and authentic Japanese kawaii style. The Japanese size is LL, which is like an L in US sizes. I’ve been very accurate with the measurements on this item. Beautiful purple background with navy flowers and a navy blue ribbon belt. Pearl and silver buttons on the sleeves make it extra cute! 3/4 sleeves. Polyester. Measurements: Armpit to armpit 21” Waist 18” Sleeves (shoulder to wrist) 15” Length (shoulder to hem) 39”
