Ultra cute mini dress from Fashion Union in a petite US 4/EUR 36/UK 8 in a gorgeous orange-red color with ruffles at the shoulders and a three tie up front neckline. The ties can be worn all open, all tied or a combo of both as seen in the photos! Never worn out, only to take photos! Still has tag holder, but paper tag fell off during my last move.
